The staff was the best part of this hotel , always welcoming and very wholesome made you feeli like home. The location is great next to sultanahmet However beware of the thin walls, you will hear other guests, and everything happening in the corridors. The room has no blackout curtains so there will be light in the morning. Also they ask you to write 5-star reviews at checkout.

I stayed at Zeyn Otel recently and honestly, it’s the best. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, and you can see they really care about keeping everything in top condition. The breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning, with more than enough variety. What impressed me most was the people working there—they are so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They don’t just do their job, they really make you feel at home. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine hospitality. The location is also great: easy to get around and see the city, but at the same time calm and relaxing when you come back in the evening. I’ve stayed in many places, but Zeyn Otel is the one I’ll always come back to. For me, it’s the best choice and I 100% recommend it.

Very cute hotel and walking distance from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Super friendly and attentive staff. Shout out to Selcuk, Huseyin, Elias, Aslan for being so kind and helpful. It’s also up the street from a long avenue full of restaurants, cafes, candy shops, bars, salons, parks and all sorts of stores for shopping. Very centrally located. The showers were always hot, a/c works perfectly and everything was extremely clean. Huge buffet breakfast from 8:30-10:30 AM with a wide variety of both Turkish and international options. When we checked in, Elias got our bags and then took the time show us where to go and what to see, he made notes on a tourist map for us and showed us visual aids on his computer. It made planning our itinerary so easy. Thank you, Elias.

The hotel staff were the best of any hotel we've stayed in around the world. They gave us gifts at check-in and check-out. They were so friendly and helpful, it felt like we had new friends. There were plenty of interesting breakfast options, my Frenchman very like it but perhaps not suitable for me, an Indonesian woman, haha. The location is great, walking distance to the Hagia Sophia area, and close to two metro stations. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was just perfect. We stayed for 3 nights in this cozy and super clean hotel. Mr. Seljuk and the staff were very kind and helpfull and always smiling. They gave us plenty of information and answered all of our questions. I also liked the breakfast so much, especially different types of cheese and olive which is my favorate. About the location I should mention that the hotel is close to main attractions but the alley is somehow steep which was not a problem for us. in fact I enjoyed it too :)

We stayed for 3 nights in September. Hotel is very close to all the main sights such as Blue Mosque etc. and very close to tram station to get to other parts of the city. Staff are extremely accommodating, with lots of advice + also able to keep bags after checkout. Kindly gifted us souvenirs of magnets! They gave us cold water bottles to take out everyday. Room is very clean and beds are very comfortable and cleaned everyday. Slightly odd layout of the bathroom, but very clean + had everything we needed. Also we had the sea view which was lovely! Would definitely recommend this place for the attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms and good location.

We had a great stay here. The service as soon as we walked in until we left was impeccable. Illias greeted us after we reached there late at night and spent time giving us tips for the places to see, etc. The breakfast was really good as well with lots of fresh options. They always helped us with our bags and even let us store it there for a little bit after we checked out and went to see some places. It is very close to many historical sites of Istanbul. Room was a bit compact but it was comfortable and amazing warm water and shower pressure made it enjoyable. Thank you!

The location of the hotel is perfect — just a short walk to many of Istanbul’s main attractions, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable.
